LoRaWAN World Expo Announces Program

Fremont, Calif. – The LoRa Alliance®the global association of companies supporting open LoRaWAN® standard for Internet of Things (IoT) Low Power Wide Area Networks (LPWANs), today announced the full schedule for the LoRaWAN World Expowhich will take place at the Palais des Congrès in Paris, on July 6 and 7, 2022. Having previously announced the highlights of the program and the environmental, social and governance (ESG) theme, the alliance has completed the agenda of the event with a strong technology theme for developers. , engineers and system integrators.

“LoRaWAN World Expo will be the most engaging IoT event of the year, where attendees will not only connect with industry thought leaders, but will also be fully immersed in hands-on technical exhibits and demonstrations,” said Donna Moore, CEO and President of the LoRa Alliance. “Come and learn all aspects of the LoRaWAN standard and why it is the leading IoT LPWAN solution on the market. Take advantage of the rich knowledge base of the LoRa Alliance ecosystem and get answers to your technical questions.”

Experience LoRaWAN in action inside the Palais des Congrès!

During the event, a private Actility ThingPark Enterprise LoRaWAN network will report live temperature, humidity, light, carbon dioxide, and occupancy states using data from Elsys, Parametric, and Sensative sensors installed at the facility. Sensor values will be transmitted via a Motorola Solutions LoRaWAN gateway and visualized via IoTthink’s KHEIRON Studio. Fifty attendees will be equipped with smart Abeeway badges whose locations will update on the event map in real time.

Come to know the technical reasons for the success in the LoRaWAN market.

“In the seven years since the LoRa Alliance was formed, we have continually evolved the LoRaWAN standard, focusing on security, ease of implementation, and certification tools,” added Moore. “To address the growing IoT market, our members are also actively collaborating with other standards to co-develop solutions for key use cases. This ensures that the specific technical requirements of each application are met and that the right solutions are implemented to solve the needs of the market. If you are a developer, engineer or system integrator, there will be no better opportunity this year to interact with leading LoRaWAN technology experts.”
