This growth has obtained the investment of Softbank Vision Fund 2 and the company has designated jimi macdonald, director of SoftBank Investment Advisers as chairman of the board of directors of Kigen. With this investment, Kigen is aiming for growth by banking on the industry-leading expertise of its global teams that attract the best in the industry. A key part of this growth is the Kigen Center of Technical Excellence in Noida, India. The company also announced the appointment of Papiya Raipal as Kigen Country Director for India from June. Papiya brings 20 years of experience in the security industry, most recently at Idemia, where he developed technical teams in Noida and Jakarta.
